Wade Young was born on November 28, 1954 in the home he grew up in, in Campbellton, NL. He passed peacefully away at the Lionel Kelland Hospice on Monday, March 23, 2026 at the age of 71 years.

Wade was a Christian man who witnessed faith with love and kindness with full grace. We realize he has gone to be with his savior.

He leaves to cherish his memories by his wife Sue of 38 years; son, Steven; his little pooch, Finn; sister, Judy (Paul Hill) and brother, Jim (Pearl) Young. He was loved by his extended family, sister-in- law, Teri (Randy Gagnon) and brother-in-law, Paul Busch.

Wade was predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Lucy Young; brother-in-law, Steven (Cindy); sister-in-law, Lillian; brothers-in-law, Richard, Brian, Bruce; nephew Brucie.

He was loved by so many of his nephews and nieces. His community surrounded him with prayer, love and kindness.

We are grateful for the excellent and loving care given by the staff of the Lionel Kelland Hospice.

Public visitation will take place from the Full Gospel Pentecostal Tabernacle, Campbellton, NL on Friday, March 27, 2026 at 6PM-8PM.

Funeral service will take place from the Full Gospel Pentecostal Tabernacle, Campbellton, NL on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 2PM. Interment to follow at the Full Gospel Pentecostal Cemetery, Campbellton, NL.

As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Lionel Kelland Hospice would be gratefully accepted.
