Passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, NL, Mr. Tony Stewart Jefferies, aged 83 years.

He is predeceased by his parents, Stewart and Frances; siblings, Bram (Daisy), Gus (Ruby), Marie (John Attwood), Lloyd (Jean), Hilda (Reg Lush), Jeanette (Earl), Gwen (Alonzo), Percy (Una), Hazel (Ferd) & Jemima.

Left to mourn his passing with fond and loving memories are his wife, Ada; children, Chris (Janice), Cheryl (James Reardon), Lisa (Robert Goulding), Stephanie (Harold Rumbolt), & Bentley (Denise); grandchildren, Marcia, Erika, Brandon, Spencer, Leslie, Alicia and Ashley; great-grandchildren, Anthony, Keaton and James; sister-in-law, Leah Jefferies; as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends.

The public visitation took place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte on Saturday, October 27, 2018 from 2-4 PM & 7-9 PM.

The funeral service took place from St. Matthews United Church, Lewisporte, NL on Sunday, October 28, 2018 at 2 PM.
As expressions of sympathy, flowers or donations in his memory were made to St. Matthews United Church Cemetery Fund, Lewisporte, NL.
