It is with profound sadness we say goodbye to Thelma Frost, beloved wife of Arthur (Jack) Frost for 58 years, mother to Melanie (Christopher), Richard (Lisa) and loving grandmother to Ashley (Bryan), Cameron and Madison.

The family would like to extend special thanks to Hector and Judy Pearce, without whose help we'd have been lost.  Baine and Cathy Roberts, Joan Hoffe, Glen Hoffe, Chris Ropson, Chris Boyd thank you for your support, you've been wonderful.  Doctor Wayne Collins, oncologists Dr. Cullerton of Gander and Dr. Seale of St. John's. To the amazing staff of Lewisporte North Haven Manor Palliative Care Unit, thank you for helping us through some very dark days.

In keeping with the family's wishes, cremation is to take place.
