Passed away at the James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, NL, Mrs. Shirley Hunt Floyd, age 77 years of Birchy Bay.

She was predeceased by her parents, Harold and Alma Brown; 1st Husband, Warren A. Hunt; son, Dale Anderson Hunt; grandson, John Matthew Legge.

Left to mourn her passing with fond and loving memories are her husband, Colin; son, Anson (Emaline) Hunt; daughters, Selena, Sherry (John Legge), Lily; grandchildren, Lisa (Jared), Sarah (Mike), Heather (Brandon), Andrew, Alyssa, Jeremy (Michelle), James (Melanie), Marigold, Adam, Rebecca, Jason, Pamela; 15 great-grandchildren; sister, Donna (Stephen Sams); brother, Harold Jr., (Shirley); daughter-in-law, Rona and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

Visitation took place from the Pentecostal Church, Birchy Bay on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 from 7-9 PM and Thursday, January 19, 2017 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The funeral service took place from the Pentecostal Church on Friday, January 20, 2017 at 2 PM. The interment followed from the Pentecostal Church Cemetery, Birchy Bay, NL.
