Passed away on Friday, August 9, 2024 at his home in Birchy Bay, Mr. Selby Bartlett Roebotham, age 95 years.

He was predeceased by his wife, Trixie;  parents, William and Harriett; sister, Louise Payne, Gladys Brown;  brother, Christopher Roebotham.  Left to mourn his passing with fond and loving memories are his children, Janet (Fred Nichol), Sam (Sonya), Nancy Dawe, Barry (Jennifer), Wilhelmina Squires (Ronnie Freake),Derrick (Cheryl);  grandchildren, Ashley (Damian), Christopher (Rory), Jonathan (Penny), Christal (Ross), Montana (Andrew), Jackson, Ruth, Jacob, Eddie (Paige), Catherine (Riley), Tyler, Dylan, Marissa and William;  9 great-grandchildren; brother, Raymond Roebotham;  sisters, Janet Strowbridge and Mary Cull;  2 special neighbours, Rowdie and Syra; homecare workers, Heidi Hodder, Madonna Pearce and Amanda Quinlan;  Fill ins, Monika Quinlan and Karen Quinlan and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

Public visitation will take place from The Salvation Army, Birchy Bay on Saturday, August 10, 2024 from 7-9 PM.  The Funeral Service will take place from the church on Sunday, August 11, 2024 at 2 PM. Interment will follow from the Salvation Army Cemetery, Birchy Bay.

As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations to assist the Family with Funeral Expenses will be gratefully accepted.
