Passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, St. John's, Mrs. Sadie Margaret Ellsworth, age 89 years.

She was predeceased by her parents, Reginald and Isabella Reid; granddaughter, Jillian Hicks; brothers, Ross and Hayward Reid; sister, Pauline Reid.

Left to mourn her passing with fond and loving memories are her husband of 63 years, Harvey; children, Ruby (Harvey Abbot), Cindy (Ellis Russell), Glen (Lynn), Madeline (Randy Greenham), Dennis and Donna (Bernard); grandchildren, Maunda, Tracey, Jeanie, Jesse, Michael, Glenn, Rodney, Peter, Pamela, Anita, Angela, Ryan, Joshua, Leaha and Dane; great-grandchildren, Sage, Gabriel, Felix, Spencer, Shelby, Logan, Noah, Jonah, Caden, Ryder, Kyle, Liam, Stella, Katelyn, Brady, Hayden, Brooke, Ethan, Allison; brother, Roy (Cathy); sister-in-law, Rita Ellsworth and a large circle of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

The public visitation took place from The Salvation Army Citadel, Carmanville, NL on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 from 7-9 PM and Wednesday, February 26, 2020 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The funeral service took place from The Salvation Army Citadel, Carmanville, NL on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 2 PM. The interment followed at The Salvation Army Cemetery, Carmenville, NL.

As expressions of sympathy, flowers greatly accepted, or donations to The Salvation Army Carmenville Cemetery Fund was gratefully accepted.
