Passed away at the James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, NL, Mr. Roland Henry Canning, aged 91 years.  He is predeceased by his parents, John and Margaret; wife, Ivy; brothers, Eli, Allan, Ambrose and Garland;  sister, Annie.

Left to mourn his passing with fond and loving memories are his brother, Gordon (Viola); sisters, Marina (Roland Cooper), Mildred (Oscar Taylor) and a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Public visitation will take place from the Pentecostal Church, Campbellton on Friday, August 18 ^th from 7-9 PM and Saturday, August 19 ^th from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.  The funeral service will take place from the church on Sunday, August 20 ^th at 2 PM.  Interment will follow at the Pentecostal Cemetery, Comfort Cove.

As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Pentecostal Cemetery Fund, Comfort Cove will be gratefully accepted.
