Passed away at his home on Saturday, January 14, 2017, Mr. Rex Irving Coish, age 72 years.

He is predeceased by his parents, Whitfield and Hattie Coish; and his brother, Bramwell Coish.

Left to mourn his passing with fond and loving memories are his sons, Andy (Lesley) and Michael (Jennifer); grandchildren, Abigail, Emily and Logan; brothers, Bruce (Betty), Stephen (Lois); sisters, Betty (Darrell Budden), Bernice (George Roberts), Pat (David Snow); sister-in-law, Mildred and a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation is to take place. There was a visitation from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 from 7-9 PM. The memorial service took place from St. Matthews United Church, Lewisporte, NL on Thursday, January 19, 2017 at 2 PM. The interment followed from the United Church Cemetery, Lewisporte, NL.

As expressions of sympathy, donations in his memory was made to the Janeway Children's Hospital Foundation or the Ronald McDonald House.
