Passed peacefully away on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at the Lewisporte Health Center, Mr. Reginald Wilson Freake, aged 67 years.

He is predeceased by his parents, Baxter and Jessie Freake and his baby sister. Left to mourn his passing with fond and loving memories are his wife, Lorna; children, Regina (Jody), Lori (Doug), Graham (Jennifer); grandchildren, Christian, Taylor, Preston, Cassidy, Kyle and Jordan; siblings, Prudence, Austin, Ronald, Brada, Fred, Valerie, Beulah, Junior, Deborah, Wallace, Gerald, Rodney and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

Public visitation took place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, on Friday, September 16, 2016 from 7-9 PM and Saturday, September 17, 2016 from 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm. The funeral service took place from St. Matthews United Church, Lewisporte on Sunday, September 18, 2016 at 2 pm. The interment followed from the United Church Cemetery, Lewisporte, NL.

As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Diabetic Association were gratefully accepted.
