Passed peacefully away on May 17, 2024 at the Dr. Hugh Twomey Health Centre, Phyllis Edna Rowsell at the age of 85.

She leaves to mourn her husband, Clifford; sons, Larry, Roger, Pleaman (Alroyn), Pierre; sister, June (Sidney) Hurley; brothers, Eric (Pansy) Seabright, Wilbert (Clara) Seabright; 9 grandchildren,  5 great-grandchildren and a large circle of other relative and friends.

Predeceased by her parents, Albert and Elise Seabright; daughter, Margaret; son, Randy; brothers, Elias and Colin; sisters, Ruby Hibbs and Jesse Roberts.

Phyllis Edna Rowsell born was born on April 20, 1939, married March 17, 1960 to Clifford Rowsell the love of her life.

Public visitation will take place on Monday, May 20, 2024 from 2pm- 4pm and 7pm-9pm at The Salvation Army Church, Norris Arm, NL.

Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 2pm from The Salvation Army Church, Norris Arm, NL.

Interment to follow at The Salvation Army Cemetery, Norris Arm, NL.

As expression of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations to The Salvation Army Church, Norris Arm, NL will be gratefully accepted.
