Passed away on Friday, April 20, 2018 at the James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, NL, Mr. Pearce Clarence Nicholas, age 77 years.

He is predeceased by his parents, Samuel and Mary Nicholas; brothers, Robert, Ben (Marie) and David; sister, Viola Day; brothers-in-law, Scott Callahan and Cliff Fifield.  Left to mourn his passing with fond and loving memories are his wife, Prudence;  children, Todd, Stephanie (Weldon Smith), Trent (Tracy) and Philip (Tracey);  grandchildren, Crystal, Christopher, Desiree (Thomas), Robyn, Noah; siblings, Helen (Gordon Woodford), Emma Callahan, June (Hubert Vatcher), Loretta Fifield;  sisters-in-law, Gloria and Shirley Nicholas and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

The public visitation will take place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte, NL on Saturday, April 21, 2018 from 7-9 PM and Sunday, April 22, 2018 from 2-4 PM & 7-9 PM.

The funeral service will take place from St. Matthews United Church, Lewisporte, NLon Monday, April 23, 2018 at 2 PM.  The interment will take place from the United Church Cemetery, Lewisporte, NL.
