Passed away on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at the Dr. Hugh Twomey Centre, Botwood, Mr. Max Gilbert Chaulk, aged 81 years of Carmanville.

He was predeceased by his wife, Marjorie; parents, Jasper and Nellie; granddaughter, Mallory Jessica Berbec;  brothers, Ray, Ross, Ford and Don;  sisters, Mary, Ruby, Ruth, Hazel and Mentie.

Left to mourn his passing with fond and loving memories are his children, Randy (Bobbie), Judy (Wayne Berbec); grandchildren, Jessie, Travis, Megan, Jered;  and a large circle of other family and friends.

Public visitation will take place from the United Church, Carmanville, Thursday, January 17th from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.

The Funeral Service will take place from the Church on Friday, January 18 ^th at 11 AM. Interment will follow from the United Church Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Center.
