Passed away peacefully at the Dr. Hugh Twomey Center, Botwood, NL,  on September 22, 2022, Mary Eveleigh, age 97 years.  She was formally from Comfort Cove but lived in her own apartment in Botwood for 13 years, up to 5 weeks ago.  She enjoyed a rich interesting life as a teacher, church organist, UCW leader, CGIT leader and minister's wife.

As per the family's request, cremation has taken place.

Public visitation will take place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte on Sunday, September 25th from 10 AM-12 PM.  The Memorial Service will follow from the Funeral Home at 2 PM.  Interment will take place at the United Church Cemetery, Comfort Cove.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the United Church Cemetery Fund, Comfort Cove will be gratefully accepted.
