Passed away on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at the Lewisporte Health Center, Lewisporte, NL, Mr. Lloyd Gatehouse, aged 81 years.

He was predeceased by his parents, Gilbert and Effie Gatehouse;  brothers, Bert (Cassie), Wallace and Ross;  sister, Viola (Albert Penney).  Left to mourn his passing with fond and loving memories are his wife, Myrtle;  children, Marilyn Gatehouse (Edward Young), Vanessa Gatehouse (Ralph Ruediger), Deneen Gatehouse (Andy Short), Todd (Ruth Ann);  grandchildren, Tyler (Elise), Jace, Nigel (Emily), Nathaniel and Caroline;  sisters, Eloise (Robbie Peebles), Madeline (Ches Tilley), Christine (Tom Williams);  sister-in-law, Celeste and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

Public visitation will take place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte on Sunday, October 31 ^st from 10 AM-12 PM & 2-4 PM following COVID government regulations. A friendly reminder to all attending the visitation to have your VaxPass ID ready to be scanned upon arrival.

The funeral service will take place from the Philadelphia Pentecostal Church, Lewisporte, NL on Monday, November 1, 2021 at 2 PM for invited guests only.  VaxPass ID will be required there as well. If you would like to attend the funeral service, please contact Marilyn at 640-6899.
