Passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at the James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, Mrs. Lavenia Hillier, age 88 years.

She was predeceased by her parents, Eli and Lilly Mews;  husband, Woodrow and sister, Dorothy Atkinson.  Left to mourn her passing with fond and loving memories are her children, Nancy (Glenn), Danny (Juanita), Paulette (Wayne), Maureen, Vanny (Glenys), Woodrow Jr.(Linda), Cynthia (Brian), Sheldon (Glenda), Danette (Jeff), Lynette (Greg);  15 grandchildren;  13 great-grandchildren and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

As per the family's request, cremation is to take place. A burial service will take place at a later date.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte.
