Passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday,  March 16, 2022, at his residence in Stanhope, NL, Mr. Jerry Day, age 83 years.

Jerry is predeceased by his parents, Fred and Lenora Day; sisters, Pearl Stroud and Betty Snow.

Left to mourn his passing with fond and loving memories are his wife, Audrey; children, Stella (Leon), Selma (Dave), & Darren (Naomi); grandchildren, Brian, Buck (Pamela), Sherry (Robyn), Shane, Devin (Julia), Cameron (Jenna), & Mia, Brianna; great-grandchildren, Zackery, Elizabeth, Dailyn, Tairyn, Micah, & Joseph; siblings, Otto (Levina), Shirley, George (Doris), Sherry, Wayne (Violet), Ivan, & Harold (Linda); as well as a large circle of family and friends.

Public visitation will take place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte, NL on Thursday, March 17, 2022 from 2-6 PM.

The funeral service will take place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, Lewisporte, NL on Friday, March 18, 2022 at 2 PM. The interment will follow at The Salvation Army Cemetery, Stanhope, NL.

As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Stanhope Salvation Army Cemetery Fund will be greatly appreciated.
