Passed away at the James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, NL, Mrs. Ida Hilda Seymour, age 83 years.

She is predeceased by her husband, Ernest; parents, Fred and Alice Oake; brother, Fred Oake.

Left to mourn her passing with fond and loving memories are her children, Daniel (Sadie), Phyllis (Barry Clarke), Judy (Danny Walsh), Paul (Carol); grandchildren, Dale, Keith(Linda), Carol (Nicky), Jared (Susan), Marsha (Gerard), Michael (Kathy), Jonathan and Helen; great-grandchildren, Emma, Leslie and Eden; siblings, Harold (Jean), Bill (Carol), Lloyd (Marcella), Marie (Hal), Ruby (Jay), Audrey (Mal), Janice (Gary), Wallace (Myra), Randy; sister-in-law, Marg and a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Public visitation took place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, Lewisporte, NL on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 from 2-4 PM & 7-9 PM. The funeral service took place from The Salvation Army Citadel, Lewisporte, NL on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at 2 PM. The interment followed from the old Salvation Army Cemetery, Lewisporte, NL

As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations to The Salvation Army Cemetery Fund were gratefully accepted.
