Passed away on Monday, August 26, 2019 at the James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, NL,  Ms. Hurlet Pinksen, aged 89 years of Embree, NL.

She was predeceased by her parents, Becil and Gladys Simmons; brothers, Augustus and Arthur (Dotson).

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her children, Bruce (Jean) Pinksen, Julie (Robert) Sheppard, Gloria Pinksen (Bill King); step-daughter, Karen Pinksen-Stevens; siblings, Pearle Crew and Jim Saunders (Tom); many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

The public visitation took place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, Lewisporte on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 from 7-9 PM and Thursday August 29, 2019 from 2-4 PM & 7-9PM.

The funeral service toolk place from Glad Tidings Pentecostal Church, Embree, NL on Friday, August 30, 2019  at 2 PM.

The interment followed the Community Cemetery, Embree, NL.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Charity of one's choice was gratefully accepted.
