Passed away at the Central Newfoundland Regional Hospital, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Friday, August 3, 2018, Mr. Herman Nippard, age 85 years.

He was predeceased by his first wife, Ada;  son, Brian Nippard;  daughters, Violet Hill and Ellen Hynes;  granddaughter, Susan Nippard; brothers, John, Melvin, Sydney, Obed, Wilbert, Nat, Alec, Alfred, James, sisters, Glossie, Margaret and Dorothy.

Left to mourn his passing with fond and loving memories are his wife, Pearl;  seven sons, Harold (Liz), Wilson (Fronnie), Ray (Madeline), Albert (Vicki), Lloyd (Marlene), Glenn (Diane), Jeffery (Diane); daughter, Mary (Trini);  19 grandchildren;  27 great-grandchildren;  2 great-great-grandchildren and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

Public visitation will take place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte on Sunday, August 5 ^th from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.  The Funeral Service will take place from the Salvation Army Church, Lewisporte on Monday, August 6 ^th at 2 PM.  Interment will follow at the Community Cemetery, Embree.
