Passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2014 at the James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, NL, Mr. Gordon Bert Hart, age 77 years, of Horwood.

He was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Mae Hart; sister, Pearl Mercer.

Left to mourn his passing are his sister, Hazel Coates; his family, Alvin (Karen), Justin (Melissa) and Tristin; Kayla (Kevin), Myles , Ava and a large circle of nieces, nephews and friends.

Public visitation took place from the Salvation Army Church, Horwood on Tuesday, December 16th from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The funeral service took place from the church on Wednesday, December 17th at 2 PM. Interment followed from the Salvation Army Cemetery. Pallbearers were Alvin Coates, Karen Coates, Justin Coates, Kayla Hodder, Melissa Edwards and Kevin Hodder.

As expressions of sympathy, flowers or donations to the family will be gratefully accepted.
