Passed away at the Lewisporte Health Center, Lewisporte, NL on Thursday, May 5, 2016, Mrs. Gertie Snow, age 94 years.

She is predeceased by her husband, Pearce; parents, George and Maud Budgell; son, Bernard; grandchildren, Trevor and Trent Snow; Siblings, Rowie, Hilda and Johnny; special nephew, Roosevelt Wall.

Left to mourn her passing with fond and loving memories are her children, Gord (Frances), Don (Ruby), Ron (Marg), Bill (Donna), Shirley (Barry Keating), Deb (Guy Baker); grandchildren, Fred, Tammy (Joe), Patty (Adam), Jerry (Karen), Terry (Judy), Clinton (Amber), Holly, Kyla (Robert), Koren (Dave), Billy (Tammy), Kelly (Allen), Kim (Seneil) and Phil (Andrea); great-grandchildren, Nickolas, Madison, Kyle, Leah, Brittany, Dylan, Chantal, Terrilyn, Nathan, Justin, Dallas, Brayden, Kayzhia, Kaelan, Robert, Rachael, Monica, Alexander, Benjamin, William, Mia, Megan, Taylor, Teegan, Colton and Bayleigh; cousin, Cora (Max); Homecare workers, Florie and Judy and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

Public visitation took place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home on Friday, May 6, 2016 and Saturday, May 7, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. On Sunday, May 8, 2016, visitation took place from 7-9 PM.

The funeral service took place from St. Matthews United Church, Lewisporte, NL on Monday, May 9, 2016 at 2 PM. Interment followed from the United Church Cemetery, Lewisporte, NL.
