Passed away on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at the Lewisporte Health Center, Lewisporte, NL, Mr. Frank Freake, age 79 years, of Lewisporte.

He is predeceased by his wife, Marie; parents, Hector and Melinda; siblings, Bob, Joyce, Jessie and Shirley.

Left to mourn his passing with fond and loving memories are his daughter, Yvonne (Dave White); grandchildren, Conrad (Lisa), Jill (Paul); great-grandchildren, Jordan, Ethan, Gavin and Damian; siblings, Wes (Ruby), Annie, Dexter (Lorraine), Donna (Freeman), Larry, Bonnie; brother-in-law, Jim Ryan Sr. and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

Public visitation took place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte on Friday, June 12th from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.

The funeral service took place from St. Matthews United Church, Lewisporte on Saturday, June 13th at 10:30 AM with Rev. Kim Waite officiating. Interment followed from the United Church Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Parkinson's or Alzheimer's Society would be gratefully accepted.
