Frances was born on May 13, 1937 in Norris Arm, NL and passed peacefully away at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre on December 22, 2023.

She was predeceased by her loving parents Jean and David Beaton along with her brother Gordon Beaton.

Frances leaves behind her husband of 57 years Ronald; daughters, Lisa and Daphne (Lew) Guest; grandchildren, Falien (Ryan), Kolby, Christopher (Charmaine), Lori (Adam), along with 7 great-grandchildren.

Frances leaves to mourn with loving memories her siblings, Roy Beaton (Beryl), Madge Smith, Eric Beaton (Madonna), Clayton Beaton (Bonnie),  Karen O'Toole (Thomas), and Ronnie Beaton ( Beverley). She also leaves to mourn a large number of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family would like to thank Tracy Stuckless for her constant care and good support of Fran & Ron over the past few years.

In Keeping with Frances' wishes, cremation will take place and a celebration of life will be planned at a later date.
