Passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2020 at Kingsway Living, Lewisporte, Mrs. Elsie Lear, age 91 years.

She was predeceased by her parents, James and Emily Lockyer; husband, Cecil; siblings, James, Jack, Ethel (Edward), Lillian (Arthur) and George. Left to mourn her passing with fond and loving memories are her children, Bill (Joy), Minnie (Neil), Violet (Roy), Jean (Ed), Shirley (Paul); grandchildren, Shelly, Mark, Kelly, Cindy, Steve, Shawn, Adam, Jordan, Katelyn; great-grandchildren, Savanna, Colton, Heath, Nolan, Grace, Austin, Kyla, Emily, Rylan and Cameron; sister, Emily; sisters-in-law, Marilyn, Bessie and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

In light of the current coronavirus pandemic, there will be no public visitation or Funeral Service. All services will remain private for immediate family only.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation will be gratefully accepted.
