Passed peacefully away with her daughters by her side at the North Haven Manor, Lewisporte, Mrs. Elizabeth Frances Rowsell, aged 82 years of Norris Arm, NL.

She was predeceased by husband, Eric Rowsell; daughter, Erica Rowsell; grandson, Jonathan Nicholas; mother, Jessie (Hynes) Budgell; father, Isaac Budgell; brothers, Leon Budgell, Havard (Sonny) Budgell & wife, Marie, Wayne (Bud) Budgell; brother-in-law, Ed Vidal.

Left to mourn her passing with fond and loving memories are her daughters, Sylvia Rowsell & Thomas Bartlett, Tracey (Trevor) Nicholas; son, Grant Rowsell; grandchildren, Eric Pinksen, Glenda & Jason Sweet, Jeffery Nicholas & Meagan Chayter, Jeremy Nicholas, Elizabeth Nicholas; great-grandchildren, Roman, Jenna, Parker, Rayne and Hayden; brother, Bruce (Nora) Budgell; sisters, Sylvia & Lloyd Young, Shelia Budgell, Glenda Budgell, Christine Budgell; life long friend, Vera (Mercer) Purchase and a very large extended family, especially her church family.

The public visitation took place from the United Church, Norris Arm, NL on Thursday, October 17, 2019 from 7-9 PM and Friday, October 18, 2019 from 2-4 PM & 7-9 PM.

The funeral service took place from the United Church, Norris Arm, NL on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 2 PM.

The interment followed at the United Church Cemetery, Norris Arm, NL.
