Passed away on Monday, August 7, 2017 at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor, Elisha Pope, age 79 years of Birchy Bay.

He was predeceased by his by his parents, Richard and Julie Pope; brothers, Garland and Roy.

Left to mourn with fond loving memories are his wife, Yvonne; daughters, Beverly (Rodney) Budden, Lorraine, Arlene (Llewellyn) Parsons, grandchildren, Mark, Crystal, Rick, Cassidy, Mackenzie, Taylor, Marlena, Amanda, Nicole; 7 treasured great-grandchildren, Alexandra, Jasmine, Phoenix, Landon, Lacey, Henry, John; a large circle of family and friends including the following communities in which Elisha and his wife ministered as Pentecostal ministers with PAONL: The Horse Islands, Port Saunders, Smith's Harbour,  Seldom Fogo Island, Middle Arm and Hant's Harbour.

Public visitation will take place from the Pentecostal Church, Birchy Bay, NL on August 8, 2017 and August 9, 2017 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The funeral service will take place from the Pentecostal Church Birchy Bay, NL on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at 2Pm. The interment will follow in the Pentecostal Church Cemetery.
