Passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at the Lewisporte Health Center, Lewisporte, NL, Mrs. Edith Remo, age 82 years. She was predeceased by her parents, Simeon and Josephine Spencer; brothers,Frank and Jack; sisters, Vera (Nathan Baggs) and Thelma (Bill Mercer); daughter-in-law, Dorothy Remo; sister-in-law, Ann; brothers-in-law, George Ereaut and James Simms.

Left to mourn her passing with fond and loving memories are her husband, Ronald; children, Peter (Dorothy), Cecil, Brian (Marilyn); grandchildren, Jake (Georgette), Joey (Stacey), Trina, Jody (Paul); great-grandchildren, Tanner, Hunter, Zoey, Blake, Ronda, Colton, Courtney; siblings, Simeon, Annie, Hilda, Louise(Emmanuel), Ruby, Beatrice(Frank), Doris (Gerald), Eileen, Marilyn (Frank), Cecil (Bernice); sisters-in-law, Eva, Muriel and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

As per the family`s request, Cremation has taken place. The Memorial Service will take place from St. Matthews United Church, Lewisporte on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at 2 PM. Interment will follow from the United Church Cemetery.
