Passed peacefully away on Sunday, February 18, 2018 at the Lewisporte Health Centre, Lewisporte, NL. Mrs. Doris Osmond, age 76 years.

Predeceased by her husband, David Osmond; parents, James and Lenora Canning; children, Glennis and Georgia; granddaughter, Tammy; brother-in-law, Garfield Hodder and Two Infant Brothers.

Left to mourn her passing with fond and loving memories are her children, Currie (Ivy), Kimberley (Vanzel), Owen (Metina), Jeffery ( Margie), Deila (Terry); grandchildren, Mandy, Suzanne, Chad, Trevor, Tara, Jessica, Felicia, Jennifer, Jaleena; great grandson, Kane; siblings, Harvey (Gertie) Canning, Rebecca (Roland) Harnett, Llewelyn (Patsy) Canning, Douglas (Grace) Canning, Myrtle (David) Elliott, Wilson (Viola) Canning, Montrose (Pauline) Canning, Betty Hodder, Madeline (Wilfred) Foss, Marilyn (Ross) Hodder, Iona (Cyril) Mews, Chris (Linda) Canning, Maxwell (Abby) Canning; sisters-in-law, Melinda Watkins, Betty Walters, Jessie Osmond, Dulcie Randell; brother-in-law, Garfield (Daphne) Osmond and a large circle of family and friends.

The public visitation took place from the Pentecostal Church, Birchy Bay, NL on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 from 7-9 PM.

The funeral service took place from the Pentecostal Church, Birchy Bay, NL on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at 2 PM. The interment followed from the Pentecostal Cemetery, Birchy Bay,NL.
