Passed peacefully away at Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre, Twillingate, NL on July 17 th , 2020, age 85, Doreen Chaulk of Victoria Cove, NL.
Predeceased by husband George; son Owen, parents Raymond and Rose (Sheppard) Torraville; sister Jean Seaward, brother Owen Torraville ; sisters-in-law Florence Torraville, Jane Locke, Harriett Keeping, Ethel Chaulk, Ada Chaulk, Melissa Chaulk; brothers-in-law Harry Seaward; Jim Chaulk, Ralph Chaulk, Calvin Chaulk, Jim Keeping and Wilfred Keeping.
Left to mourn with beautiful and loving memories sons: Barry (Edith) and Aubrey (Dianne); daughters: Rose Ann (Kevin) Newman, Gaylene (Brian) Buckle and Judy Chaulk-Collins; grandchildren Nancy Chaulk (Ralph), Bradley Chaulk (Dayna); Katrina Newman (Watson) Ryan Newman (Tania), Jonathan Newman (Cathy); Tasha Chaulk (Steve); Owen Chaulk (Tiffany); David Collins (Chantell) and Aaron Collins; Tim Buckle (Candice), Peter Buckle (Mandi) and great grandchildren, Kayla Sonley-Long, Venessa Sonley-Long, Katerina Feisthauer, Michael Feisthauer, Keylie and Chelsey Chaulk; Emma and Abby Newman; Olivia, Oscar and Felix Harris; Rogan and Riley Chaulk; Noah and Georgia Vivian, Kade Buckle and Oliver Buckle; sisters-in-law Lorraine Chaulk and Beulah (Philip) Williams, a large circle of family and friends and her constant furry companion for 15 years, Baby.
A special thank you to Mom's wonderful home care workers from over the years, and the amazing nursing and care staff at Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre acute and long-term care units who brought so much compassion, joy and comfort to Mom during her short two-month stay there.
As expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Wing's Point, NL.
Due to the Covid-19 global pandemic, all services will remain to the immediate family.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte NL.
