It is with heavy hearts that the family of the late Dave Slade announce his passing at his residence in Lewisporte, NL, age 60.

He was predeceased by his parents, Melvin and Rosalie Slade.

Left to mourn his passing with fond and loving memories are his siblings Ron (Julie), Elizabeth and Phyllis (Marc); nieces Ruth, Rosalie (Phil), Mary and nephew Melvin (Jasmin); as well as a circle of extended family and friends.

Public visitation will take place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, Lewisporte on Tuesday, November 28th from 7-9 PM

The Memorial Service will take place from the Funeral Home on Thursday, November 30th at 2 PM.

As expressions of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Daffodil Place, Canadian Cancer Society.
