Passed peacefully away July 23, 2021 in the presence of his family, Cyril James Carter age 89.  He has now joined his wife Florence.  Lovingly remembered by his children, family and friends.  Thank you to the staff of Kingsway, Lewisporte for your help and compassion over the past 2 years and to palliative care at North Haven Manor. Cremation has taken place.  Visitation 2:30 - 4:00 Tuesday, July 27th followed by a private family service at 4:30.
