Passed peacefully away on October 31, 2026 at the Carmelite House, Grand Falls-Windsor, Clifford Reginald Rowsell at the age of 86.

He leaves to mourn his sons, Larry, Roger, Pleaman (Alroyn), Pierre (Tina); sister, Triffie (Eric), Lossie (George); brothers, Fred (Jean), Bram (Ena); 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and a large circle of other relative and friends.

Predeceased by her parents, Fred & Margaret Rowsell; daughter, Margaret; son, Randy; brother, Vernon; sisters, Effie & Linda.

Clifford Rowsell born was born on July 14, 1940, married on March 17, 1960 to Phyllis Edna Seabright the love of her life.

Public visitation will take place on Monday, November 2, 2026 from 2pm- 4pm and 7pm-9pm at The Salvation Army Church, Norris Arm, NL.

The Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 2pm from The Salvation Army Church, Norris Arm, NL.

Interment to follow at The Salvation Army Cemetery, Norris Arm, NL
