Passed suddenly away at his cabin at Notre Dame Junction, Clarence Wilson Snow, aged 77 years.
Clarence leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his daughters, Barbara (Ken), & Beverley; grandchildren, Arrrick, Abigail, Noah, & Parker; brothers, Harvey (Judy), & Jim (Pauline) Snow; sisters, Edna (George) Freake, & Vera (Benny) King; sister-in-law, Bride Shearing; as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.
Clarence is predeceased by his parents, Richard & Barbara Snow; brother, Jack Shearing.
Clarence retired from the Canadian National Railway after 30 plus years of service. In his latter years he spent his time at his cabin at Notre Dame Junction where he enjoyed raising his chickens as well the odd moose hunt. Clar was a good friend in lending a helping hand where.needed and well versed in telling stories of his youth and passing them on to friends in his morning routine around Lewisporte, NL.
The public visitation took place Sunday, November 25, 2018 at 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte, NL.
The funeral service took place Monday, November 26, 2018 at 2 pm from St. Matthew's United Church, Lewisporte, NL. The interment followed at the United Church Cemetery, Lewisporte, NL.
