It is with great sadness that the family of the late Clarence Baker of Brown's Arm announces his passing at the James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, NL aged 86 years.
He is predeceased by his wife, Leah; parents, Levi and Daisy Baker; step-father, Harry Hynes; sister, Doris (Bob Clarke); brother, Harold (Florence).
Left to mourn his passing with fond and loving memories are his children, Reginald (Sadie), Alvin (Doreen), Glen (Helen), Cavelle (Malcolm), Vincent (Brenda), Joy (Bob); 13 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; brothers, Jack (Verna), William (Joyce), Larry (Lorraine); as well as and a large circle of family and friends.
The public visitation took place from Maranatha Pentecostal Church, Brown's Arm, NL on Thursday, March 9, 2017 from 2-4 PM & 7-9 PM. The funeral service took place from Maranatha Pentecostal Church on Friday, March 10, 2017 at 2 PM. The interment followed from the Pentecostal Church Cemetery, Browns Arm, NL
As expressions of sympathy, flowers or donations in his memory were made to the Pentecostal Church Cemetery Fund.
