Passed away on Monday, January 12, 2015 at her residence in Lewisporte, Ms. Christine Jenkins, age 53 years.

She was predeceased by her daughter, Julia Wells; father, Murdock Jenkins; sister, Bernice Jenkins.

Left to mourn her passing with fond and loving memories are her mom, Rowena Jenkins; sons, Christopher and Shawn Wells; sisters, Melinda (Willie Andrews), Jane (Randy Pike), Jenesta ( Bruce Hamlyn), Lorraine Ledrew, Doreen Oechsle; brothers, Terry (Dolly) Jenkins, Randy (Patty) Oechsle, Wayde Oechsle and a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The public visitation took place Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte.

The funeral service took place Thursday, January 15, 2015 at 2 pm from The Salvation Army Church, Lewisporte, NL with Majors Joshua & Pauline Randell officiating. The interment followed at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Comfort Cove, NL.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the family will be gratefully accepted.
