It is with heavy hearts the family of Charles (Charlie) Budgell announce his passing on April 25, 2020 in his 90th year at the North Haven Manor, Lewisporte, NL.

Charlie was predeceased by his wife Ethel; daughter Viola; his parents Eli and Mary; sister Ivy; brothers Scott and Gilbert.

Leaving to Mourn with fond and precious moments are his 6 daughters and 4 sons, Madeline (Roby), Joyce (Ralph), Alma (Norman), Jerry (Brigette), Melvina (Cecil), Sheila, Randy (Pauline), Lisa, Todd (Gina), Corey (Darlene); sisters Kay and Doreen; brother Danny (Rose); 19 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; and a large circle of nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Charle's name to the Heart and Stroke foundation.

Much appreciation and thanks to the staff at North Haven Manor who loved our dad and took care of him. Thank you also to the palliative care team who made sure dad was well looked after and made comfortable in his final hours.

In light of the current coronavirus pandemic, there will be no public visitation or funeral service. All services will remain private for immediate family only.
