It is with sadness that the family of the late Cecil Norman Hoffe formally of Stoneville, NL announces his passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls Windsor, NL, aged 83 years.

Cecil leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 29 years, Jeanne; daughters, Joanne Spence & Debbie Bannerman; granddaughters, Michelle & Erica Spence; grandsons, Cody & Jake Bannerman; 4 great-grandchildren;sister, Ivy Blake; as well as a number of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

Cecil is predeceased by his parents, Walter & Nellie Hodder; brothers, George Hodder, Stanley Hodder, & Bert Hodder; sister, Claira Hodder; adoptive parents, Archibald & Ada Hoffe; sister Meta Hoffe.

The public visitation took place Monday, March 20, 2017 at 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte, NL.

The funeral service took place Tuesday at 2 pm from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte, NL.

As expressions of sympathy donations in his memory were made to the Gideon's Bible Society.
