Passed away on Monday, September 21, 2026 at her home in St. John’s, NL, Ms. Catherine Lynn Penney, age 52 years.

She was predeceased by her mother, Marion Penney. Left to mourn her passing are her father, Melvin; daughter, Brianna; sons, Aiden and Jackson; brother, Rodney Penney and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

In keeping with Cathy’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte, NL on Saturday, September 26, 2026 from 2-5 PM.

As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations to the MS Society of Canada would be gratefully accepted.
