Passed away on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at The North Haven Manor, Lewisporte, NL,  Mr. Calvert George Burry, aged 69 years.

He was predeceased by his parents, Harold and Marie Burry; parents-in-law, Gordon and Loretta Sheppard.

Left to mourn his passing with fond and loving memories are his wife of 47 years, Velma; daughters, Colette (Mike Holwell) and Amy (Gerard March);  grandchildren, Emma, Samantha, Maria, Natalie and Leah;  brother, Sterling (Joy);  sister, Shirley (Otto Burt);  sisters-in-law, Christine (Clyde Hillier) and Jean (Alonzo Power);  brother-in-law, Doug (Claudette);  special niece, Wendy Hollett and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

As per the family's request, cremation is to take place.

A celebration of life will be held from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte on Sunday, July 24 at 1 PM for invited guests only. Interment to follow at the Anglican Church Cemetery, Boyd's Cove, NL.
