Passed away on Friday, November 3, 2017, Caitlyn Alyssa Jacobs, age 24 years.

Left to mourn her passing with fond and loving memories are her parents, Gary & Suzanne ;sister, Chelsea (Charles) and niece,  Avery; grandparents, Gord and Maud Woolfrey, Lorne and Dawn Jacobs;  Aunt Coreen (Gary), Riley and Alexander;  Uncle Gordie (Laura), Olivia and Paige;  Aunt Patty (Chris), Ryan (Heather) and their daughter, Madeline, Ashley (Derek) and their daughters, Molly and Penney;  Uncle Neil (Heather), Matthew and Rebecca;  Uncle Dean (Tina), Nathan and Noah;  Uncle Sheldon (Stephanie), Mitchell and Zachary and a large circle of family and friends.

Public visitation will take place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte on Tuesday, November 7 ^th from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.

The Funeral Service will take place from St. Matthews United Church, Lewisporte on  Wednesday, November 8 ^th at 2 PM.  Interment to follow at the United Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, Caitlyn's family have decided to establish an educational fund in Caitlyn's memory for her precious niece who is named after her, Avery Caitlyn. Caitlyn was on her way home for Avery Caitlyn's Christening when tragedy intervened. Caitlyn would have wanted to make sure her sister's baby and namesake would always be taken care of.

Caitlyn was known for her beautiful smile and being an Aunt made her eyes sparkle with pride and joy. She loved Avery Caitlyn dearly and would want to leave an endowment in her honour.
