It is with great sadness that the family of the late Audrey Slade announces her passing peacefully at the James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander NL on Sunday, March 27 aged 89 years.

Audrey leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories daughters Nikki, Roma (Frank), Kim (John), grandchildren Greg (Mel), Ian (Nat), Jonathan (Chantelle), AmyLynn (Ben), great grandchildren Kyle, Logan, Chloe and Benjamin, nieces and nephews, relatives and friends including her Kingsway family and Myra, Grace, Janet and Ivy.

Audrey is predeceased by her husband Bruce, son Peter, parents Dawe and Lillian White, brothers Norman, Junior, Gerald and sister-in-law Stella.

Thank you to Total Care, Clarenville (Andrea, Tanya, Sylvia, Ivy and Susan) for the excellent assistance given to Mom.

Thank you to Kingsway Living Lewisporte management and staff for the excellent care given to Mom.

Thank you to Dr. Jacqueline Elliott, Port Blandford for her excellent care including home visits.

Thank you to Reverend Paula Gale for all her support.

Special thanks to neices Joan, Jean and Christine for their visits and support (especially Joan who was her sole support for a long period of time due to restrictions).

Thank you to the all the Emergency Room staff and the 3rd floor staff at the James Paton Memorial Hospital for taking such excellent care of Mom. Special thanks to Dr. Auhida and nurses Cassandra, Stephanie, Kayla, Jolene and Linda for your treatment, caring and kindness which was much appreciated and will not be forgotten.

In keeping with Audrey's wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday, June 4,2022 from 2-3 PM Cemetery Service will be held from the St. Matthews United Church Cemetery on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 3 PM.

As expressions of sympathy, donations in Audrey's memory may be made to the Lewisporte United Church Cemetery Fund or donate a book to a public library.
