It is with great sadness that the family of Roy Arthur Moyles announce his passing on Monday, September 7, 2026 at North Haven Manor, Lewisporte, NL. He was 90 years of age.

He is predeceased by his parents, Maxwell & Olive Moyles; first wife, Pearl; brothers, Cluny, Gary; son-in-law, Roy Curlew.

Left to mourn his passing with fond and loving memories are his wife, Veta; daughters, Linda Curlew, Debbie (Derek Fudge), Heidi Dawe (Ray Murphy), Christa (Jamie Hanrahan); grandchildren, Chad (Cyndi), Jody, Janine (Andrew), Tyler, Travis, Parker, James, Jayden, Reed; great-grandchildren, Jacob, Jace, Kylie, Kinsley, Kevin, Paisley, Lochlan; brother, Orville (Eileen); sisters-in-law, Helen & Karen Moyles and a large circle of family and friends.

Public Visitation will take place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte, NL, on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 from 2-4 PM & 7-9 PM.

The Funeral Service will take place from St. Matthews United Church, Lewisporte, NL on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 2 PM.

As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations to Project Renewal St. Matthews Church, or The Residence Friendship Club at the Lewisporte Health Center would be gratefully accepted.
