Passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2019 at the North Haven Manor, Lewisporte, NL,  Mr. Arthur Roy Freake, aged 81 years.

He was predeceased by his parents, Jim and Elsie Freake; brothers, Charles, Harvey, Jabez and Bertram; sisters, Mary and Eileen.

Left to mourn his passing with fond and loving memories are his wife, Maxine; children, Craig (Marg), Madge (Tony Ferrante), Berkley (Dara), Hayley (Trevor Rowsell); grandchildren, Joshua (Serena), Andrew (Kim), Madelyn, Julian, Ehren, Charlotte, Kylie and Bradyn; great-grandchildren, Alexis, Jax ,Taelynn; as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends.

the public visitation took place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte, NL on Friday, July 5. 2019 from 2-4  PM & 7-9PM.  Visitation on Saturday, July 6, 2019 took place from the United Church, Norris Arm North, NL  from 3-5 PM & 7-9 PM.

The funeral service took place from the United Church, Norris Arm North, NL on Sunday, July 7, 2019 at 2:30 PM.

The interment will follow in the United Church Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer's Society of NL were gratefully accepted.
