It is with sadness that the family of the late Amelia (Millie) Ann Fudge announces her passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL Aged 87 years.
Amelia (Millie) is predeceased by her husband, Maxwell Fudge; infant son, Lewis; son, Cyril; several brothers, & sisters.
She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children, Wilson (Loretta) Fudge, Eileen (Jean-Guy) Sabourin, Lionel (Carol) Fudge, Juanita (Danny) Hillier, & Loretta Curlew; grandchildren, Robert Fudge, Michelle Fudge, Kent Fudge, Christopher Fudge, Wendy Skinner, Susan Fudge, Craig Hillier, Stephen Hillier, Melanie Sabourin, Tina Sabourin, Jason Sabourin, Angus Curlew, & Aimee Curlew; 26 Great-great grandchildren; sister, Gladys Rideout; daughter-in-law, Georgina; son-in-law, Brian Curlew; as well as several nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
The public visitation took place Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at 7-9 pm, Thursday, January 8, 2015 at 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte, NL.
The funeral service took place Friday, January 9, 2015 at 2 pm from St. Matthew's United Church. The interment followed at the United Church Cemetery, Lewisporte, NL.
Flowers greatly accepted and as expressions of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Diabetes Association, or the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
