Passed away at the Lewisporte Health Center, Lewisporte, NL, Mr. Ambrose Freake, aged 84 years.

He is predeceased by his parents, John and Nora; daughter, Karen;  grandson, Michael;  siblings, Elsie Canning(Harvey Freake), Horatio, Baxter (Jessie) and his twin brother, John (Mary).

Left to mourn his passing with fond and loving memories are his wife, Mary;  children, Kevin (Kitty), Lawrence (Cindy), Brian (Paula), Pauline (Keith), Jacqueline (Trent), John, Paul, Wanda (Leslie), Tracey (Steve);  grandchildren, Jennifer, Stephanie, Sarah, Shane, Travis, Joshua (Brenda), Justin, Jordan, Hunter, Amber, Adam and Jayden;  great-grandchildren, Jake, Logan, Joe and Layla;  sister, Beatrice (Kevin Manuel);  son-in-law, Jerome;  sister-in-law, Myrtle Love;  brother-in-law, Randolph Canning; as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends.

The public visitation will take place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte, NL on Saturday, July 8 , 2017 from 6-9 PM.

The funeral service will take place from St. Paul's Anglican Church, Lewisporte, NL on Sunday, July 9 , 2017 at 2 PM.  The interment will follow from the Anglican Church Cemetery, Lewisporte, NL.
