Passed peacefully away on Friday, May 2, 2025 at North Haven Manor, Lewisporte, NL, Mr. Albert William Day age 82.

Left to mourn his passing with fond and loving memories are sons, Dennis (Joyce), Rodney; daughter, Paula; grandchildren, Crystal (Jason) and Ashley; great-grandchildren,  Josh, Gavin, Angelina and Raine; sister, Vera (Mike) Higgins; brothers, Maxwell (Frances), Brian (Darlene);sisters-in-law, Bev, Bernice  and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

He was predeceased by his wife Minnie Day; his parents, Gilbert and Marjorie (Russell); brothers, Eric and Harold.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, May 06, 2025 from 2pm-4pm and 7pm-9pm at Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte, NL.

The funeral service will take place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte, NL on Wednesday, May 7, 2024 at 2PM. Interment to follow at The Salvation Army Cemetery, Lewisporte, NL.

As expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations to The Canadian Lung Association will be gratefully accepted.
