Passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at the North Haven Manor, Lewisporte, NL, Mr. Albert John Lidstone, age 75 years.

He was predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Ida Lidstone; parents-in-law, Clement and Jessie Snow; brother-in-law, Wayne Snow.  Left to mourn his passing with fond and loving memories are his best buddy and wife, Sheila; daughter, Jill (Little Jilly) and her husband, Andrew;  grandsons, Jaxon and Ty;  siblings, Ford (Shirley), Ivy (Walter Dawe), Vida (Clem Snow), Carl (Consuela);  brother-in-law, Barry (Karen) Snow; nieces, nephews, Brian Lidstone, Ann Howse, Laura Woolfrey, Chad Snow, Brian Snow, Mark Snow,  Julie Lidstone, Pamela Coffey, Michelle Lidstone;  special friends, Scott Porter, Barbara and Harold Lidstone and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

Public visitation took place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte, NL on Tuesday, September 29th from 1:30-4:00PM while following Covid-19 government regulations. The funeral service will take place from St. Matthews United Church, Lewisporte, NL on Wednesday, September 30th, at 2pm for invited guest only. The service will be livestreamed at this time from St. Matthews United Church facebook page for anyone who wishes to see the service.

As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Lewisporte Health Center Palliative Care Fund or St. Matthews United Church Cemetery Fund would be gratefully accepted.
